You can be part of specific campaigns by:

Being alert to human rights violations against women, minorities, adivasis, dalits and other vulnerable people in your local area and together with Amnesty International India campaign for their rights |

joining the campaign for a fair criminal justice system in the country. For this you can register to take action against torture at www.stoptorture.org and campaign on line, and on the ground with AII. |

joining the campaigns against security legislations and other laws responsible for violence, displacement and loss of life. |
 |
joining the AII campaign for the abolition of death penalty in the country. |
 |
supporting AII”s Stop Violence Against Women Campaign that opposes any form of discrimination and torture against women. |

pressing upon the GOI to ratify all UN Conventions such as against torture and violence against women, for the rights of internally displaced people (IDPs), the trial of genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity by the International Criminal Court. |

joining with AII to fight against poverty, for dignity and peoples’ ownership over natural resources, livelihood and essential services. |
